Refund policy

30-Day Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item should be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging where possible.

To start a return, contact us at ankortool1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that are damaged through misuse, or returned without their original packaging, may not be eligible for a full refund.

1-Year Warranty
KODAFLOW products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your product develops a covered defect within 1 year of purchase, contact us at ankortool1@gmail.com and we will repair or replace it at no charge, subject to inspection. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
